LETTING REQUIREMENTS


Potential Tenants PLEASE NOTE that before a property is let to you REFERENCES will be taken up

from your employer and current landlord, if Self Employed from your Accountant or Solicitor.

A SECURITY BOND of at least 1 months rent is required on all properties.

An ADMINISTRATION FEE of £65 for 1 bed, £75 for 2 bed and £85 for 3+ bed is payable by the tenant.
